Parents are welcome to observe training sessions. To maintain a focused learning environment, we ask that spectators refrain from providing instruction, commentary, or recording during sessions.
Each athlete receives individualized drills and "homework" to reinforce what they learn in training. Consistent practice between sessions is essential for maximizing improvement, and athletes who complete their assigned work regularly will see the greatest progress over time.
RE/AL Training Vault may capture photos and short video clips during training sessions for use on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. All clients sign a media release as part of enrollment. Content is shared to highlight our coaching, training environment, and athlete development, and will always be used in a positive and respectful manner.
