We currently train in Hopkins, Minnesota. We are open to training at other requested locations if arranged in advance and feasible with the schedule.

Sessions are typically one hour long.

We have various weekday time slots open from as early as 8am to as late as 8pm. Weekend sessions are available on a first come, first serve basis. After you sign-up, we will reach out with our available slots for the next 30 days so you can reserve sessions in advance.

Once you’ve completed the New Client Intake Form and signed the required waivers, we’ll email you an invoice for your first month of sessions. Invoices are billed monthly based on your selected training frequency.

Anyone who signs up will automatically train with Coach AJ — the RE/ALest trainer out there!

Yes! Coach AJ is truly passionate about helping young athletes develop to their RE/AL potential! This means he is always going to provide feedback on what you can do outside of the gym to maximize your results.
